Can't log in? Make sure your username and password are correct (case-sensitive).
Stuck in geometry? Open Settings (ESC) and click "Return to spawn".
Connection lost? Check your internet. The game uses a real-time connection to our server.
Lost progress? Server-side saves are automatic on character actions. If something looks off, contact us with your character name.
If you want your account and game data deleted, email us with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your in-game username. We'll process it within 7 days.
